A wire housing baked, what do they control? 700

These are the wires that I reported had the baked housing during my trip to Kansas this past week. Except that my rear wiper seems to come on for a three or four swipes by itself in the morning (meaning the rear wiper switch is in the neutral position), I've noticed nothing else malfunctioning. Trying to avert a problem down the road, especially since winter is coming . . .
