780 Turbo with only 2 cylinders working 700

Just purchased this 1990 780T and half of the engine is not working. The engine starts and if kept idle it runs but very bad. Won't stay running long. I unplugged the first two front sparkplug wires and there is no spark. Took the spark plug out and started the car and it seems to have compression. The first two front cylinders as well as the injectors aren't working. I thought it was the injectors at first but noticed that there was no spark coming out of the wires on these first two cylinders. Not sure what it could be, I'm new to this system and unlike the D-Jet on the old volvos, this thing is a nighmare. I hope someone could give me a pointer as to what it could be. I have not checked the coil yet. It looks like a ignition problem but I'm not sure. Thanks everyone in advance.

Luis
