instrument cluster removal 900

If your 945T is like my 945NA, there will be two small slots, one at each end of the bezel covering the instrument cluster. You take a small screwdriver and push on the latching piece which is behind these slots. While doing this, you pull out on the bezel. Do one side at a time. The bezel on mine was a .... to get out the first time, pretty tight.

Once the bezel is off, you'll see 4 screws, two at each end of the cluster, if my memory is right. Remove these screws and the cluster comes out with the usual wires connected. I lubed the latches so maybe next time the job will be easier.

The FAQs were helpful but I didn't expect it to come out so hard.
