Problem on start up 700 1987

Now that the weather is a bit cooler in the morning
I've noticed a little problem. On the 1st start of the
day, car will start immediately on the 1st crank, yet
it will shut off 4 seconds later. It fires right back up
and remains running...
What could be causing this ?
