turbo wheel refinishing help

Just purchased a set of turbo rims locally and wondering if other brick lovers in Portland, OR know of any reasonable wheel finishing shops in the area? Also, what are good ?'s to ask of the shops? Is there a recommended procedure or anything that I could do myself which would help the cost? Thanks!
