I'd probably deal with this problem by testing out some methods at
a salvage yard. These windows aren't super rare, so I'd probably
take the rubber off of the first 140 I find by smashing the glass and
taking the rubber out that way (so I could, if need be, cut the rubber
on my 140 and use the replacement rubber with my existing glass).
If the glass were more rare, I'd probably still practice but, but
instead of destructive methods I'd work on pulling out the rubber and
glass, but if I mess up the rubber in practice, I can still salvage
the glass and break my existing glass to preserve the existing rubber.
If you don't have a salvage yard nearby with a ready supply of 140s,
I'd try soap to try to work the glass out of the rubber or the rubber
away from the body.
