Turbo car, but 'B230F' on engine sticker? 700 1987

My 760 turbo had the engine replaced before I bought it. I don't know where the previous owner got the engine from, but the sticker on the plastic cover on the front side of the engine says "B230F." The car has the turbo bolted to the side of the engine, but I'm wondering if the engine itself is really the turbo-charged one or the normally aspirated one. I know that the turbo engine is typically designated as "B230FT" but I recently looked in my owner's manual and saw the engine called "B230F-Turbo" or something like that. So, I'm not sure if the engine I have in there is the turbocharged one or not, even though the turbo is hooked up to it.

Does anyone know what engine I have? Also, what are the differences between the NA and Turbo engines, e.g.- sodium-coated valves or whatever, etc. Everything does appear to be hooked up and in it's place, so I'm having trouble knowing what engine I really have.
