Broken battery question

I can't conceive of any possible way that a collision could electrically damage any accessories like that. I guess a dead body could fall on the window switch and hold it till the motor burned out.
That's kinda morbid, huh?

The motors should all be fine. Electrical resistance can be verified with an ohmmeter- should read a small value like 3-10 ohms, not 0, not open (OL on most digital meters).
