Basic A/C question 200 1984

It is. On the front side of the compressor, rather than on the back, where the hose enters. The moving belts mae it basically impossible to attach the fittings with the engine running.

At any rate, my A/C is more or less back in action after a fresh can.

I have come to the conclusion that If I want decent air conditioning, I should not be driving a decades-old Scandinavian auto.
