cigarette smell

My '86 was a smoker's car with vinyl upholstery ...

- Vacuumed.
- Doused with carpet/upholstery cleaner. Just stuff purchased at the 99-cents only store ... it actually works very well. Scrub it in, let it sit and do its job ...
- Repeat.

Ultimately, did it 3 times. Then sprinkled baking soda on the carpets and let that sit overnight. Vacuumed again the next morning.

YMMV, but it worked for me ...
