cigarette smell

A friend of mine just bought a used Subaru whose previous owner had smoked in it. She's shampooed and febreezed, but the smell remains.

Any suggestions of products or treatments to help get rid of the odor? (that is, besides going to the local Subaru dealer to get a new one)

If it makes a difference, the car has leather seats.

Thanks a bunch,

Will R.
