Ah, understood.

My paint is a bit faded, but not as much as you'd expect on a 20-year-old car, thanks to faithful polishing and waxing. The driver's side has a newer coat of factory paint and I can tell the difference between it and the original paint on the rest of the car. My wife can't tell the difference, and you can't tell from a distance, so maybe it won't be that bad.
