A/C: R12 Compressor on R134a system? Help! 200

This is a rotary compressor right?

All that you need to do is turn the shaft round and round back and forth to drain all of the mineral oil out of it. Then fill with Ester or PAG oil in the quantity required (check on the web). Replace filter/dryer, and if you can't get all of the oil in the compressor, then put the rest in the F/D.
Evac and recharge. I've done it and it works fine.
