How to Deal with FCP Groton for Mistakes in Order?

FCP Groton omitted two items and sent me the wrong item. I e-mailed them, but they didn't address my concerns. Instead, they directed me to their website to look at their products. I responded that they address my concerns. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Needless to say, I'm pissed.
