Which method should I use to install my stereo?

I second T-Bone's previous post. Have used alpine products for years. Just picked up a 9803 this PM to replace the alpine cassette deck in our 285 GL. I went for it after seeing Apline's spring-2004 catalog yesterday--most of this year's black head units are being replaced by that now ubiquitous grey-silver color.

I've also used the harness adapters, which allow a simple plug and play. Also allows you to reinstall the older unit if/when you sell the car . . . .
