Fuel Injection Temp Sensor Location 200 1983

Shoudl be is right! That's what I keep telling myself. The yellow wire is to the Temp. Gauge. It is located under #2 intake port. Just aft of that is the know senso that is located just below the Cyl. Head/Block surface under or just aft of #2. I had the Intake off but at that time I thoguth I was looking at the Temp sender for the FI. The yellow wire had a red part # tag attached to it. It was one of the reasons I had it apart in the first place. IT was burned to a crisp along with the five other wires that were all common to the plug on the firewall. I got it all replaced and bundled up real nice, all put back together and then I found that the neutral safety switch was bad also. I replaced it and "vroom". It started.

But now I've found that it is starting irratically. Seems only when it wants to. My trouble shooting book says that one of the causes could be the Fuel Injection Temp sensor. Where is it exactly on a 1983 Volvo 244 with the LH Jetronic 2.0 injection system with the Chrysler Ignition?

Outlaw Totally Baffled,

Thanks,
