Exhauust gas volume wise, what souds good dual on a 4.6 mustang shaould work well on your 2.3.
The less pipe behind the muffler, the louder it will be.
A megaphone shaped tip may amplify the note you want, look at Chevy v8 pickups.
I think the Magnaflow has a good compromise between noise and tone.
