Killing power to fuel pumps solves hot start.....please help, IM STUCK !!!

I don't understand the whole story here, or maybe I missed it.
The #1 fuse controls the fuel pump?
If you leave in the #1 fuse, what happens?
You start car. It stops after 15 secands or you shut it off?
If you let it run, it goes OK?
How long between shutting it off and it will start again?

If the return fuel line were plugged the pressure quickly goes over 100psi, so the mixture becomes very rich. This seems unlikely as at start the pressure would be its lowest, once you put in the fuse the pump comes on and pressure would rise quickly, and stay there.

I'd first check you have spark when it doesn't start.
Then look for gas on the plugs.
