1990 240 dl stalling

Hi my 240 stalled(all lights everything went off) 2 weeks ago while idling at a light this happened 2 times,really hard to start back up I had to give it a LOT of gas then drove roughly til I parked it....137,000 miles on it . (In august I had it tuned....and a new ? air sensor put in...not a great shop) it has been in the(real volvo) shop since they have tested everything... they cant find anything wrong....Help...Thanks I am afraid to drive it
