This weekend's twiddlings ..Throttle Link .. Flame Trap relocation

I'm still chasing my high idle so I thought I'd re-check the
throttle stop screw...
Managed to break one of the end links,
Just tried to pry it off...
For those who don't know there is a tab on the end of the
link...this tab needs to be flipped up to release the link
which can then be carefully pried off
Below is an attempt at ASCII art

I couldn't find this referenced anywhere,
if ths ASCII doesn't work I will post a PIC

Flame Trap
Ewwww!
Plugged and had condensation in it (white emulsified oil)
replaced the holder, trap, and rubber part.

Inspection revealed A Completely Filled and plugged small
vacuum line from the trap to the manifold,
the manifold port was also plugged!!!

This hose allows flow of crank case gasses to
pass into the intake stream at idle so they don't
goober up the throttle body & Idle Valve,
this explains the state of the TB last month.

So I relocated the flame trap like this...
Supplies:
1) some (8") of 5/8 OD soft alum or copper tube
2) 1' 7/32 vac/emmissions hose (4 of 5 mm I guess)
3) 3' 5/8" vac/emmissions hose
Procedure:
1) remove the old assy.
2) put a couple of slight bends in the tube so it comes up through the manifold.
3) put 2" of 5/8" ID hose on the Oil seperator nipple
4) put the tube in the other end of the above hose (3)
5) install the flame trap assy. on the end of the tube
6) install the 2 vac lines using the new vac/emmissions hose
Use clamps if you feel so inclined but Volvo didn't seem to
feel they were important so I followed their lead.

My base idle is still above 1000 rpm but at least
there is less goop on my TB now.

I guess I will pull the TB again and double check everything again.
