Ok, here's a strange one. While driving a couple of times lately I have had a combination of strange symptoms. ABS light comes on, power windows, roof, signals, rear defrost all non-functioning. When the car is placed in park the shift lock will not release unless done so manually. Everything else is working fine including hazards, radio, fan, etc.. After parking the car for a time and re-starting it the problem has cleared up. I've checked the fuses and all is well. I've noticed that all of my non-functioning items are all on the same 3 or 4 fuses and obviously related. Does this sound like a wiring harness problem? I've had problems with the harness before due to the previous owner wiring in a relay to the A/C system that in turn melted and fused itself to the harness which powered the headlights continuously along with some other problems. Any wild guesses as to what might be the culprit? Which direction should I start looking in? Thanks in advance.
