1.. IACV? (though can't explain the morning thing...)
2.. FPR? (maybe expands and leaks pressure after sitting hot a while)
3.. intermittent AMM?
4.. fuel pump check valve leaky? (you can test this by running the fuel pumps a few seconds (5) and then starting the car).
