Non starting engine impersonation

I can't remember where they stick the RSR on 1992 turbo models, but there is only one black relay. On the N/A versions, it is on the inner right side quarter panel in the engine compartment.

Is the exhaust smelling like gas after you crank for a while? IT should, if it isn't firing. If not, it isn't getting fuel. Or it isn't getting nearly enough fuel.
