What exactly is the differences between S90 and 960's??? S90-V90 1998

The 960 was merely re badged midway thru 1997 and was called an S90 or V90 for the wagon. Same car. I have a 97 V90 but when I buy parts I say 960 because it seems to confuse them if I say V90. In 98 they were all S90/V90.
