You can always change the driven speedo gear in the tranny (the one at the end of the cable). Your speedo is spinning too fast, so you'd need to slow it down by increasing the number of teeth on the driven gear.

Those gears typically have about 20 teeth, so going to a 21-tooth gear will decrease its speed by 5%, a 22-tooth gear by 10%, and so on.
