I can be of some help, but just from memory.

You sometimes have to move those spring compressors around to allow everything to go back together.

It is sometimes difficult to align and fit everything.

You should put everything back together before you put it back up in there.

I would think you would have a problem squezing it under the fenderwell without putting on that top nut!

One thing that I screwed up was forgetting to put in a spacer that goes in the bottom of the strut tube. Had to redo the whole thing to get it in.


Make sure that the top rubber mount is aligned with the spring.

Check that the bearing is in good condition, not cracked or separated.

Also make sure that the metal washer on top of bearing goes in.

Thats all that I can think of for now. Hope it helps.
