PUZZLER - INSTRUMENTS LIGHTS OUT??

Thanks Kurt..tried racing power yestereday eve as you suggest (though I'd tried that previously as well)...still no luck. Now I suspect there may be a problem in the printed circuitry within the cluster (which you can't see or access). Though it worked while in the 90, and I tried to be gentle, it may have become damaged during the transfer, so might need to find a replacement.
