Is the 'Temp Sender' the same as the 'Engine Coolant Temp Sensor' ??? 200 1991

Thanks for the quick response! I apologize for not browsing the FAQ in detail, BEFORE I posted this comment. I found lots of other helpful information a few seconds after I read your response earlier today.

I purchased the correct ECT sensor from independent Volvo mechanic shop today. Can you believe the owner actually ENCOURAGED me to do the job myself?!? The mechanics were tied up on some more detailed jobs, and couldn't replace the sensor for me. So the owner let me use an empty work area, and I replaced BOTH the sensors at their shop.

I reset the error codes, and the Check Engine light has not returned. However, the car still idles/lopes erratically. Next, I will recheck/reclean the IAC and Throttle Body, look for another vacuum leak... and take a look at the Fuel Pressure Regulator.
