A/C system notes S90-V90

Well anyway, the A/C system is fine, just loose connections. The local mechanic slightly underfilled it and installed the Smart VOV. His experience with VOVs are that they clog, but noted that the Smart VOV was a different design. We'll see, but it cools real well!
