Just a thought... I have found there are a lot smarter people than I doing mechanical work, and most of it is in print. Do you have access to a repair manual? Sometimes (not always) the sequence of removal of parts is carefully written with suggestions (even specific tools required) to avoid unnecessary steps. Personaly, I try to have factory manuals on a project before starting, I'ts saved me hours of time in the past. Just a suggestion...... Good luck on your project, and don't give up because of a little setback. Research it, and ask other owners as you have done at the Brickboard. You'll get it, and it's usually a very simple trick involved to get it done. Remember an engineer had to design it, and a mechanic had to repair it, think like an engineer, how would I design that without having the mecanic wanting to beat me to death with a wrench while trying to remove it. Sit back, relax, walk away from the project for a while, and you'll get it. I'm Havinfun
