No A/C 700 1986

Turned A/C on after few months, and no cold air.
Evaporator isn't cold or sweaty either.
I'm guessing it's low on freone.
Anything else I should check for ?
The fan is fine, and so are all the fuses, and electrical
connections. Does anyone sell freone, or do I have to
convert to R134 ?
