what kind of rear end/axle is this (pics)

i know its a 3.73 gears but that's about it ... when i lauch hard both wheels will spin yet when i lift the car and spin the wheels by hand they spin diff ways so i think its an autolocker since its a 91' 740T and they cam standard w/ it no? and if it was an LSD they'd both spin the same way so

what kind of rear end fluid should use?
