B20 fuel injection 140-160 1974

I'm looking at a 1974 144 with fuel injection (auto too, but we can take care of that). I've never had this newfangled FI stuff on a real Volvo before. It seems to run fine, but are there any issues I should look for? Is it at all compatible with that on a B23/240, because I have one of those lying around somewhere.
