Finding TDC on all three sprockets after timing belt failure 200 1988

All,

Picked up my parts for the timming belt replacement. Going the whole hog with a belt, tensioner, seals and a water pump.

Since the sprockets are all out of alighment due to the belt failure, what is the best(quickest and/or most reliable) way to get them back in order before putting on the new belt?
