Boost affecting ventilation system? 700

My '91 940 SE does same, its getting bad and only blows air if
completely off throttle. reading FAQ I have learned about a 1 way
valve above accelerator pedal, seems the simple way is to cut a
square hole on plenumbox and replace check valve. It seems like the
1st choice.
