1990 240 Motor Oil leak

My 1990 volvo 240 is leaking oil from the motor and it has about 180,000 miles. Do you know where could the leak be coming from? Also I am also leaking some tramsmission oil? How much will it cost to fix this problems.I am frustated with this Volvo.
