how do I keep my hubcaps? 140-160

They are the ones that have the big screw right in the middle. I can put lug locks on the steel wheels but the only thing that makes them of much value is the tires on them. I was just wondering if there is any way to keep the hubcap itself from being taken off by some random thief that has a screwdriver. Something maybe that could be done without totally detracting from the looks of it.
any suggestions?
