The procedure is slightly different from the later cars, the good thing is that on '81-85 it can be fixed without the purchase of a new gear, I hope the situation is similar for the <'81 cars. check out my site for a how to with pictures for the '81-5 speedos it may help with the '80. At the bottom of the page under "Just Added"
