First check/replace the bushings. That might be all you need.
I changed my rear bushings about two years ago. Good but still a slight sag. Then back in October I put in a pair of the heavy duty springs from IPD. This raised the rear nearly 3/4in. I really like the ride with these springs but then I like a solid ride feel. No complaints from passengers. Under a hard stop I notice slightly less roll to the front wheels. I'm guessing that since the car has a more neutral stance between front and rear, the rear has less travel when hitting the brake.
BTW: If you go with the HD springs, don't freak when you get the old set off and see that at zero load they are longer than the new ones. The new springs are indeed stiffer and will compress less under load and the car will sit higher.
