Haroon: Your local tv/radio/vcr repair joint might just have a whole drawer full of them that they'll let you pick from for little or no money. Or, as an alternative, try an ordinary rubber band, especially if the car is going bye-bye. I've used them quite successfully, and with a little judicious shopping, you can find some that will last quite a long time.
