Any ECC experts? S90-V90

One line should not hold vacuum. It goes to the overhead cabin light and draws cabin air over the temp sensor in that fixture. It is part of the ACC.

The second line goes to the vacuum reservoir (4 black balls) located on the passengers side of the firewall aft of the evaporator. It's easy to get at after removing the panel under the glove box. It sounds like you are getting no vacuum at all to the vacuum belows as opposed to one or two bad servos. Our 95 960 has a bad recir. bellows AND a bad floor/panel bellows.

In your case I would take the panel off to access the vacuum reservoir, here all the colored vauum lines are exposed that go from the reservoir to the electronic control valve and then the various servos. Start the engine, hook up a vacuum gauge and take a pair of pliers and or clamps and start closing off lines until you can get vacuum in the reserviour, you might have more than one line/servo leaking. This will pinpoint where your leak/leaks are.

Tedious work but not very difficult. If your lucky, it will just be a vacuum line. The boellows are a pain to r & r. Contact me if you have further questions.
