Oh you don't want to buy glass new, believe me. This is a junkyard item. It's something that doesn't wear out (though they can get scratched) so the door glass is usually a good thing to get used. Perhaps even from a Brickboard member- check the classifieds, there are a couple of 740's being parted out.

I think Volvo gets $100's for a new side glass. We used to sell the driver's door glass for $50 and all the others for $25 when I worked at the dealership.
