Chris,

1. Thanks for the reply. One step ahead of you. I already did remove and refit everything again a couple days ago. Noise is still there. However, I did not do the remove and refit with the engine running. I will try it with the engine running tonight.

2. I glad/happy to know that you think it is "nothing to worry about."

3. How is your new job coming along? My wife has been unemployed for 10 months. Her last unemployment check was December 28, 2002. She was working at a IT Consultant Firm as a IT Manager. Maybe things will pick up in this new quarter/year. If not, I hope Federal program gets renewed/extended.
