Re-seat the Y-fitting and hose. You can mess wtih them while the car is running and see if it stops.

Otherwise it's a resonant noise related to the shape of the Y-fitting. Maybe there's a little burr in it that is causing the noise. I doubt it's anything very concerning, but it could mean a loose or leaking connection. A few cable ties will fix that--I use them on a lot of flame trap fittings.
