Another Brake System Problem

Unless your hoses are swelling under pressure, this sure sounds as though the master cylinder is on the way out. There is no place for the fluid to go other than around the seals. Note that long pedal travel will push the seals into possibly corroded terrain and may exacerbate the wear.
