...You used the wiper switch for the overdrive?

And what did you use for the indicator lamp? There's a design floating around for the blinker indicator acting as the OD ACTIVE switch (dim means 'on') but it seems excessive in my case, as the amount of ambition I have after this year's turkey-nods is nill.

SO! Today I went to the wrecking yard and pulled the driveline out of a +/- 1967 1800s (yeah it was in the junkyard). Hopefully it will work for my J-type M41. But I only need the forward driveline, right? I also got the speedo cable, just in case. The poor thing was totally destroyed, with only the trunk lid and rear end intact.

Also noticed in my '62 p1800 that the Smith's speedo... no, nevermind. I'll post this in the correct forum. Happy Xgiving!
