Bought a 122s wagon today for cheap!!! One small problem though...

wow, thank y'all for all the advice---

Now, is there any information on the best way to switch out a transmission in your driveway? I have nice jacks, jackstands, ramps, an engine lift, and all the tools in the world (I live in a motor-friendly neighborhood) but no lift. I've heard stories of one guy who would lie belly up on a creeper, roll under the car and drop the transmission on his chest, creep out and roll it off and do the same thing in reverse to put the new one in, but I'm a small, emaciated indie rocker who'd rather use complex pully systems to lift a bag of concrete than risk tweaking my own back...

Oh, by the way, the m41 in my trunk actally HAS the crossmember and the speedo cable (I won't use the word 'tranny' but I'll use the word 'speedo'? What's up with me?) So I'm in luck there. I think.

Thanks!
