Alternatives to Volvo (be nice) ?

to elaborate, my parents have a 94 bmw 525i that they bought used 2 years ago. the car is fantastic. very little brake dive, handles well, accelerates beautifully (makes me jealous since i only have an NA 740), is relatively trouble free... but the best part is, it is VERY VERY quiet, even at higher speeds (have taken it to 95 with VERY little road noise)

parts are expensive, yes, but you can find a lot of them online for much cheaper.

plus, i like the red dash. ;)
