Compression Test -- which coil wire do I remove?

hhmmm I R a air cooled Vdubber most of the time.;-)
But to do the compression chk on you brick..
1) Run till warmed up.
2)remove plugs
3) disconnect primary lead from coil.
4) disconnect fuel injector leads
with the gauge in the plug hole have someone depress the gas pedal all the way.
Have them crank 2 or 3 times in short bursts and take the highest reading.
My understanding on a brick is there shouldnt be more than 14 lbs difference tween
any two cylinders..
On your coil there are numbers stamped.. 1 & 15. TERMINAL #15 IS PRIMARY
and is the positive side. Ternimal #1 is negative. the middle tower connector
is labled HT (high tension) which is what you get if you hold it while someone
is cranking da brick! ;-)....IN SHORT: disconnect the + side or terminal #15.
