Head rest on a 960

If you haven't already, try stiffening up the lumbar support to realign your spine--this can make the headrest 'fit' more naturally.
The headrest close to the back of the head is a major factor in reducing cervical spine injuries in collisions--reduces the backward portion of the whiplash arc.
Sold my Benz and bought the Volvo just because of the seats (been rearended twice, ruptured discs and all).
